Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before the order has been collected by our courier.
Once an order has been collected and is in transit, the following conditions apply:
- If a customer requests to cancel the order while it is already in the process of delivery, a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value will be charged. This fee covers delivery and handling costs.
- Alternatively, the customer may choose to accept delivery of the order and initiate a return thereafter, subject to the return conditions below.
Returns After Delivery
- Customers may request a return after delivery by contacting winedrop (Pty) Ltd within the applicable return period.
- If winedrop (Pty) Ltd is requested to arrange the return collection, a 10% return handling fee will be deducted from the refund to cover delivery and logistics costs.
- Returned items must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
- The 10% cancellation or return fee, where applicable, will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
- No cancellation or return fees will apply where the goods are faulty, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
- Such issues must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
